The team is seeking for Senior Sales Manager, where you will be playing a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

• To lead the sales team from the front, working alongside the Sales Director.
• Work closely with the company's C-suite executives to develop, implement and improve sales productivity.
• Embrace life long learning and continuously deepen your understanding of the company products.
• Have a go-getter attitude through tele-sales, emails and online media.
• Able to bring sales leads from conception to completion.

Qualifications:

• 8 to 10 years of experience in a sales role, consulting, training and research services or events.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for driving positive change and contributing to a meaningful cause.
