We are working with a global research agency that has worked with more than half of the world's top 100 brands that pioneers new technologies and integrates multiple data sources for research, to provide consumer insights that drive more intelligent business decisions.

They are now looking for a Senior Research Manager to join their expanding Singapore office.

What you'll be doing:

As the Senior Research Manager, you'll oversee the delivery of insights and maintain client relationships. You'll possess a thorough understanding of the client's business and the challenges that their industry presents.

• Work closely with Client Director to manage and grow accounts through various activities such as proposals, reviews, meetings, presentations, and workshops.
• Attend client meetings confidently, use your expertise to help the client team build relationships, win new business, and suggest research opportunities for their benefit.
• Manage a team by assigning tasks, providing training, and supporting career growth.
• Stay current on projects, adapt to new solutions quickly, and understand key accounts to help deliver consulting/customized services.

Your experience:

• A relevant university degree
• 3 - 5 years of experience in quantitative research (qualitative experience is a plus)
• Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (SPSS preferred)
• Ad testing experience (A/B testing, product testing, brand tracking experience)
