Senior Operations Manager.

WeAreAspire Middle East is hiring a Senior Operations Manager for a leading events services agency in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of event operations and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless operations from concept to completion.
• Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, supplier negotiations, permits, and on-site execution.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service delivery.
• Lead project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and maintain high standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and troubleshoot operational challenges to deliver outstanding event experiences.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and client expectations.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in event operations and project management within the events industry.
• Strong background of managing events in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team and vendor management.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a hands-on approach.
• Strong budgeting, negotiation, and contract management abilities.
• Familiarity with KSA event regulations, permits, and operational standards.
