Senior Enterprise Account Manager.

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Enterprise Account Manager for an impressive SAAS player in Singapore, who can build strong relationships with their existing partners to drive retention and account growth.

You will have a chance to engage with all the company's offerings, gain broad exposure and serve as a trusted advisor to their partners across APAC.

You'll be happy to roll your sleeves up, and be working with a smaller awesome team of individuals who really believe in strong team work to drive success.

Responsibilities:

• Retain direct and active relationships with partners through regular communication via email, phone calls and live meetings from onboarding to renewal
• Utilize strong business acumen & technical understanding including best practices and business processes to communicate product and technical requirements as well as solutions strategy to enterprise customers.
• Strategically deliver product training, demonstrations, presentations, assets and marketing collateral to partners
• Share best practices in the industry and help partners hit their objectives and milestones
• Proactively recognise opportunities where the company can add value to generate revenue growth
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver the best outcome for the company's partner
  
  

You'll have...

• A minimum of 7 years of work experience in working across enterprise accounts.
• You will have a good track record of renewals and account growth in an Enterprise SaaS or licensing business
• You will be a self-starter and a diligent executor
• Excellent writing, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Passion & Drive!
