Senior E-Commerce Manager.

We are looking for this company's next E-Commerce expert! We are partnered with a well-established SAAS business that provides a platform used by huge E-Commerce blue-chip companies.

They operate globally and their platform supports clients with Order Management, Content Management, Pricing/Campaign management and much more!

They are currently on the hunt for an ECommerce Manager to join their thriving team who excels in being client facing, too! This is a great role to combine your interest in technology and experience of E-Commerce.

The Role

• You will be an eCommerce expert for your clients
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, and feeding back internally with any issues/suggestions
• Building strong relationships with your clients from onboarding through to renewals
• Develop an understanding of each clients' needs and help them achieve success
• Ensure retention of existing clients and seeking the opportunity to grow these accounts

The Candidate

• 3+ years' previous B2B experience within E-Commerce will allow you to hit the ground running
• A keen interest and understanding of technology while being analytical will make it a lot easier to understand the product and its potential
• Excellent communication skills written and verbally will ensure you are able to build strong relationships and grow your accounts
• High standards of written and spoken English to be able to communicate with your client base effectively
• Resilient and positive, with a creative approach to problem solving will allow you to react quickly and provide your clients with the best service
