Senior Digital Designer.

Our client, an International Sports Marketing Agency operating globally with offices around the world is seeking a creative, innovative, and experienced Senior Digital Designer to join their SE Asia Design Studio.

Role: Senior Digital Designer

Location: Singapore

Salary: S$5,500 - S$6,000 per month

In this role, you will be responsible for the development and ideation of proposals and pitches for commercial partners as well as delivering world-class graphics and video assets for direct audience engagement and sponsor activation.

You will work closely with the Design Studio members, Digital & Activation team, Partnerships Sales professionals, and Events / Ops specialists.

Based in Singapore, this role will focus on Asia-Pacific clients and projects but also has a global remit including pitches for key global assets.

Some property clients include Asian Tour, ASEAN Football Federation (AFF), Riot Games (League of Legends), LA Lakers, LA Dodgers, Chicago Bulls, Formula 1, and some of the biggest names in sport.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the Digital & Activation team on pitches and fan/sponsor engagement experiences:

o Creation of visual templates across all digital platforms including mobile, social, video and photograph experiences

o Sponsor branded templates for web and social accounts and channels

o Video assets, including but not limited to Intro slate/end slate, animations for video content in particular customised data driven animations, social media tactical 2D and video posts

o Customised Instagram story animations, templates/transitions o Info-graphics (social and web)

o On-ground support, including creating on-ground content, for events and activation deliverables

o Design the overall look and feel of campaigns, presentations and pitches for a variety of projects. This includes the creation of mock-ups (static and animated) for visual aids

o Develop creative ideas, concepts and visual storytelling, often in partnership with other teams

o Production of logo designs, guidelines, style guides and key visuals

o Keep up to date with popular culture, trends in the digital space as well as the sports and entertainment industry

o Work towards preserving the team culture of collaboration, teamwork, innovation, inspiration and foster positive internal and agency relationships

Requirements

You have 3+ years design experience in an in-house design team or agency creating and developing modern digital design experiences and graphics

* Proven success in Video/motion creatives

* You demonstrate mastery of Adobe Creative Suites; including but not limited to Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign.

* You are deeply familiar with social media and digital guidelines and aesthetics as well as social video production across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter

* You enjoy being a storyteller with writing skills when required

* You are passionate about sports

* You are a forward-thinking and detailed-oriented designer with ability to bring ideas to life digitally

* Excellent project management skills; able to lead numerous projects on multiple platforms simultaneously

* Strong verbal and written communication skills at a professional level in English
