Senior CRM Manager (Strategy)

I am collaborating with a Digital Marketing Agency operating globally with over 30 offices worldwide. They are second to none digital advertising partner for Google and other global market leading brands.

They are growing and looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join their Singapore operation with a focus on CRM Strategy, including scoping, design and delivery of their existing customer lifecycle products, and work with the core CRM team and their partners in adjacent capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a professionally certified subject matter expert of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Specialist/Consultant) and must be able to articulately consult with clients to develop best in class solutions.

Requirements

• Lead complex targeting and personalisation strategies, utilising informed data points to develop advanced segmentation decisions.
• Design Customer Lifecycle Planning programmes and lead campaign development and launch.
• Proactively research and identify opportunities to further drive revenue through omni-channel customer (B2B, B2C, andB2B2C) campaigns and improve marketing efficiencies.
• Experience in Marketing Automation and Customer Lifecycle Planning.
• Highly proficient with marketing technologies (specifically campaign management, data management platforms).
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and mentor team members
• Exposure to Google Marketing Platform, Facebook preferred.
