Head of Operations

We are really excited to be recruiting exclusively for a Head of Operations role in Singapore, for one of the leading event organisers in the world, delivering world class conferences and exhibitions.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the total project budget, project operations, delivery of conference as well as other systems, technology and processes involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the operational planning of the events.
• Come up with strategies and key deliverables for the events organised.
• Prepare monitor and control annual budgets together with the MD.
• Reaching out to contracting vendors.
• Oversee production and technical aspects of events.
• Managing the Master of Ceremonies for all events from sign on, briefings, scripts, supporting visual presentation.
• Supervise team members across all departments and the event operations.
• Manage accommodation, site selection, staffs, food, transportation and audio visual equipment.
• Work closely with all the company's clients to ensure continual communication and quality client service.
• Cultivating strong relationships with sponsors.

Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 4 years experience in the conference and events industry.
• You will be highly organised with attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator
• Ability to prioritise different tasks while collaborating with a wide range of teams.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to lead others.
