Senior Communications Strategy Consultant.

Our client is a global leading US-based tech company specialising in PR software and marketing solutions with offices around the world.

Trusted by top brands across every industry, and a global leader in PR, marketing and social media management technology and intelligence, the company helps brands and organisations identify, connect, and engage with customers and stakeholders to drive business results.

They are now looking for a Senior Communications Strategy Consultant to join their growing Singapore team.

What you'll do:

• Work with the Sales team to conduct consultation sessions with clients
• Develop content strategies for clients. (Product engaging content to help achieve the client's business objectives)
• Regularly engage with journalists and influencers to establish and maintain good relations.
• Pitch client content to key media to maximise editorial pickup and amplify across channels.
• Create analysis reports for clients showing results of media pickup, distribution and engagement metrics, and analyses/recommendations.
• Actively deepen client relationships to improve customer retention and engagement.
• Provide regular internal training to provide an update on the Communications Strategy Department's developments and activities.

Your experience

• University degree in any relevant field
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• At least 4 years of work experience in Public Relations (in-house PR experience, PR Agency, or Media/Journalism experience)
• Extensive content creation and writing experience. (Journalism experience is a plus)
• A firm understanding of Marketing and Communication strategies.
• Solid experience utilising digital and offline marketing channels
• Aware of the media landscape (established local media and influencer network is a plus)
