Sales Manager (Venue Sales).

In this role, you will

• Actively acquire new clients and cultivate relationships through a robust pipeline of opportunities, developed through a deep understanding of the market trends

• Understand the needs of the clients and planning within their allocated resources and meeting objectives to maximise the returns that they seek

• Key objective is to maximise occupancy and revenue to achieve the business targets of the company. Establishing and manage customer relationships and provide value-added services to generate new and repeat business. You will also be required to oversee the event from initial sales process to completion of the event

• Other adhoc tasks may be assigned to you from time to time

To help you succeed in this role, you should have

• At least 3 - 4 years of work experience Business Development, preferably in Hospitality and Tourism

• Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented; sales-driven

• Strong commercial sense, as well as analytical, written and verbal communications skills

• Highly cooperative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required
