Aspire has teamed up with a renowned events organisation in Dubai, UAE, and we are looking for a motivated and Skilled Sales Manager to become a key part of their High Performing team.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships, ensuring the success of the organisation's key events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and financial goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Create and implement innovative sales initiatives, including sponsorship and non-space revenue generation.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure the highest standards for all exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales Management, or related fields (preferred).
- Experience in the events industry, with a focus on managing sales for exhibitions or conferences.
