Are you looking for a new exciting challenge as a Sales Director of a global Digital Advertising tech company?

A global content-sharing company that operates in the media and gaming industries are looking for a Sales Director to lead their growing team in Manila.

The role would see you become responsible for leading the Philippines team and growing the company's market share. They already have a presence in the Philippines but are looking to grow further and are embarking on an exciting journey.

The company was founded over 10 years ago and has now grown into a global company with operations in over 45 countries including the US, Singapore, UK and the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new clients and agency partners in the Philippines across the main B2C categories, including as e-commerce, telco, fintech, gaming, social, OTT, and FMCG.
  • Leading a local team and promoting the company as leading mobile publisher in the Philippines.
  • Discover and seize fresh business chances in the Philippine market.
  • Identify, create, and manage business development partnerships and strategies to promote user growth, brand recognition, and remarketing for in the Philippines.
  • Teaching client/agency teams and media buyers how to get the most out of the SHAREit ad ecosystem in order to maximize ROI.

Your experience:

  • Ideally 7+ years of experience working in a senior capacity inside the agency digital ecosystem, third-party measurement platforms, or publisher ad networks.
  • Prior ad sales experience.
  • Entreprenureal spirit.
  • Comfortable with data and synthesising campaign results.
