The Sales and Marketing Lead is responsible for Lead Generation. and managing prospect leads created from Inbound Enquiries, Marketing Campaigns, and Sales Prospecting.

You will support Marketing to design Account Based Marketing programs, qualify and nurture prospect leads into sales-ready opportunities and assist the Sales Team in turning them into tangible opportunities.

You will utilise various prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to potential customers, identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer, determine prospects interest in a suite of products and set up discovery meetings for sales.

Accountability

- Manage Lead Generation and Lead Development to include sourcing, qualifying and nurturing marketing leads from top to bottom of the sales funnel

- Develop and establish a deep understanding of clients, offerings, value propositions as well as the organisation's Digital Commerce Portfolio offering in APAC, specifically in Southeast Asia

- Work closely with Marketing to design and deliver ABM (account based marketing) programs, developing marketing content that addresses prospective customer's pain points; working closely and collaboratively with sales representatives to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies

- Employ multiple prospecting techniques to conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and social media

- Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer and schedule discovery calls for sales reps to further assess a prospect's potential for partnership

- Serve as a liaison between Marketing and Sales Teams when collaborating on campaign lead results, allowing sales to understand contacts true areas of interest

- Collaborate with sales teams of other business units in the organisation to explore new business and cross-sell opportunities

- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities and account information in Salesforce; monitor and report on campaign engagement with granular tracking across relevant sales and marketing KPIs

- Review and manage the quality of database; work closely with Marketing to build data through various channels

- Contribute new ideas, campaign efforts, and strategies for continuously improving the demand generation function, including uncovering common customer pain points that can be resolved via new content

- Market coverage (Primary: China and Southeast Asia | Secondary: Korea, Japan, and India

Experience

- Good telephone, writing and listening skills

- English (fluent in both speaking and writing)

- Chinese (proficient in speaking, presenting and the ability to read simplified Chinese as you will be liaising with clients in China)

- A desire to LEARN, GROW, and EXCEL within the organisation

- The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals

- Ability to ask probing questions and translate them

- One to Two years of sales experience

- Proficient in Salesforce, Outreach, and other prospecting tools

- Experience in paid media and social media is a plus

- Knowledge of E-commerce space a plus; FMCG experience preferred
