Role: Sales Account Executive
Location: Singapore
Salary Range: S$2,800 - S$3,500 SGD per month
As a Sales Account Executive…
You will work closely with the Event Director, Show Manager, and the team to boost the financial success and implementation of events by providing support, sales strategies, and activities to improve the business.
- The main point of contact for clients on enquiries, needs, or concerns
- Managing and building relationships with a database of existing clients (cross-sell and up-sell products and services)
- Handle renewals, client records, and contract
- In charge of managing the show's daily sales performance and liaising with the sales team
- Work closely with Event Director and Show Manager to enhance the sales strategies/activities
Your other responsibilities
- Advice clients on budgets, their requirements, and the feasibility of projects
- Create progress reports for clients and top executives in the company
- Managing daily sales and progress while identifying opportunities for renewals
- Attend, network, and analyse industry events and competitors
- Managing event floorplans and ensuring the marketing strategies of exhibitors are implemented
Your experience/skills:
- B2B Sales or exceptional Customer Service experience
- Experience with using CRM software like Salesforce
- Proficient in English written and communication
