An opportunity now exists for a Royalties Manager to join our client, a leading and global entertainment company.
Reporting to the group Finance Director and assisting regional Finance managers, you will mainly focus on obtaining accurate and timely royalty forecasts from licensees across the APAC region as well as ensuring cash is collected timely according to invoices raised and distributed to licensees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists regional Finance managers in obtaining, analysing, reviewing, verifying, and reconciling licensee royalty reports for all licensing commercial agreements within the region.
- Distribute sales invoices to licensees, resolves licensee queries and performs effective credit control to collect cash.
- Assists regional Finance managers in managing withholding tax processes for the region by obtaining necessary documentation from licensors and supplying to licensees to minimise WHT deductions.
- Prepare and File WHT submission as required by Agent and brand owner.
- Prepare local licensee budgets and forecasts.
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant local accounting regulations, policies, and procedures.
Your profile:
- A Bachelor degree in finance or related
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in a finance role.
- Royalties experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and business liaison skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
