THE COMPANY

We are representing a research consultancy that helps organisations understand people and behaviour so they can make better decisions. Their small specialist team designs bespoke quantitative and qualitative studies to evaluate opportunities, impacts, and audience insights across sectors. Their approach emphasises rigorous sampling and thoughtful interpretation, building long-term partnerships and repeat business through clear, actionable insight.

They are currently looking to bring on a Research Manager to work on mixed methods projects.

KEY DUTIES

• Contributing to proposals, attending pitches, designing and managing quantitative and qualitative research projects from start to finish.
• Analysing data, presenting insights confidently, and advising clients, agencies, and stakeholders effectively.
• Mentoring junior staff, collaborating with directors, supporting internal projects, and coordinating across qualitative and analytics teams.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Expert in qualitative and quantitative research, managing full project lifecycle, fieldwork, interviews, and questionnaires.
• Skilled in statistical software, reporting strategic insights, presenting findings, and delivering projects on-time, within budget.
• Experienced in client management, business development, coaching staff, and maintaining high-quality research standards and outputs.
