One of the world's leading research companies are looking for a Research Manager to join their fast-growing Singapore office.

The company provides consumer insights for some of the worlds top brands including Facebook, Yahoo, Philips plus more. They are truly global with offices in Singapore, London, New York, Tokyo and many more.

They are looking to expand the Singapore office with a Research Manager, you would be working with clients to deliver insights as well as grow and manage a team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research projects in Brand Engagement as well as Product Innovation.
• Work on different and challenging solutions/projects.
• Consult with the client director regarding the appropriate survey instrument, develop the survey and analysis plan, works together with our Project Management team and Junior research managers for execution, and then provides an insightful, actionable report to the client.
• Manage junior researchers and help grow and guide the team

Your experience

• 3 years + of marketing research experience (ideally on the supplier side)
• Strong analytical skills
• Can do attitude
• Experience with A-Z research (from designing questionnaires to present to clients).
• Experience with turning data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of concept testing, advertising testing, product testing (packaging testing is a plus).
