JOB TITLE: Research Director (FMCG)
SALARY: $180k - $200k DOE
LOCATION: New York - 4 days in the office

They are currently looking to bring on a Research Director who has had a real focus and experience in working on FMCG projects.

KEY DUTIES

• Lead client engagements across FMCG clients, delivering clear, actionable insights.
• Manage client relationships, guide teams, ensure quality work, and support firm growth and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with partners on presentations, business development, and building long-term, trusted client partnerships.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• MBA or equivalent degree with strong consulting background, ideally from an insight, brand or innovation led environment.
• Proven success in client relationships, problem solving, business development, and project management with C-suite.
• Qualitative expert, with strong experience in moderating focus groups, depth interviews and workshops. It is essential your work has had a innovation or brand strategy element and you are seen to be a thought leader in this space.
