Our client is a global B2B Media business focused on ESG and Finance reporting and they are looking for a Reporter to join their team. If you are someone who thrives on breaking news, loves digging into the story behind the story and isn't afraid to ask tough questions, then we want YOU!

Responsibilities

• Break news, dive deep and uncover the hidden gems in the industry.
• Craft compelling, fact-packed stories that are both informative and engaging for a wide audience.
• Cultivate relationships with industry leaders, analysts, and insiders to get the scoop before anyone else.
• Attend industry events, listen to podcasts, read reports, and stay ahead of the game-no story is too small or too big.

• Participate in face-to-face and virtual meetings to strengthen your network and stay connected with market leaders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in financial or ESG journalism with a proven track record of reporting and writing under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in an additional Asian language will be a plus.
• Strong interviewing skills and the ability to build relationships with high-level industry contacts.
• Familiarity with finance, infrastructure or energy is advantageous but not a requirement.
• Organised, efficient, and comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines.
