Our client is a global B2B Media business focused on ESG & Finance reporting and they are looking for an experienced and driven capital markets reporter with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial journalism.

Responsibilities

• Break news, dive deep and uncover the hidden gems in the industry.
• Craft compelling, fact-packed stories that are both informative and engaging for a wide audience.
• Cultivate relationships with industry leaders, analysts, and insiders to get the scoop before anyone else.
• Attend industry events, listen to podcasts, read reports, and stay ahead of the game-no story is too small or too big.
• Participate in face-to-face and virtual meetings to strengthen your network and stay connected with market leaders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in financial journalism with a proven track record of reporting and writing under tight deadlines.
• Deep understanding of financial markets.
• Someone capable of developing leads and transform them into well written stories.
• Excellentwritten communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in an additional Asian language will be a plus.
• Strong interviewing skills and the ability to build relationships with high-level industry contacts.
• Organised, efficient, and comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines.
