Proposal Writer.

Aspire Middle East is seeking a skilled and experienced RFP Proposal Writer to join our client's team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and developing written proposals in response to RFPs from potential clients or organisations. This role involves interpreting RFP requirements, researching and gathering information, collaborating with subject matter experts, structuring and organising content, and writing compelling and persuasive proposals that address the client's needs and requirements.

Our client is a growing events organiser in Riyadh, known for orchestrating a wide range of events and entertainment across the Kingdom. They have built a reputation for delivering high-quality, memorable experiences and are looking for a talented proposal writer to help them expand their reach and impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly understand client requirements by analysing RFP documents.
• Collect relevant data, statistics, and information needed for proposal content.
• Work closely with internal teams to gather input and insights for the proposal.
• Write clear, concise, and engaging proposals tailored to specific RFP guidelines.
• Ensure proposals are compliant, accurate, and aligned with the client's objectives.
• Manage timelines and deadlines for proposal submissions.
• Edit and proofread proposals for accuracy and consistency.
• Incorporate visuals, graphs, and supporting documents to enhance proposal presentation.
• Participate in review meetings and incorporate feedback to refine proposals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and best practices in proposal writing.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in proposal writing, bid writing, content writing, or similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading capabilities.
