The team is seeking a project manager to oversee the successful execution of their events.

Your role will involve managing logistics, stakeholder relations, and driving attendee engagement.

The role:

Oversee end-to-end trade fair project execution.
Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and exhibitors.
Handle all aspects of trade fair operations, from venue selection to on-site management.
Drive attendee growth through strategic marketing and sales efforts.
Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results.

Your experience:

3+ years MICE industry experience
Fluent in Japanese & English (TOEIC 800+)
Strong project management & organisational skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
Proficient in MS Office Suite & design tools
