The team is seeking a project manager to oversee the successful execution of their events.

Your role will involve managing logistics, stakeholder relations, and driving attendee engagement.

The role:

• Oversee end-to-end trade fair project execution.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and exhibitors.
• Handle all aspects of trade fair operations, from venue selection to on-site management.
• Drive attendee growth through strategic marketing and sales efforts.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results.

Your experience:

• 3+ years MICE industry experience
• Fluent in Japanese & English (TOEIC 800+)
• Strong project management & organisational skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in MS Office Suite & design tools
