About the company:
I am excited to be working on a role with a global leader specialising in creating successful platforms for businesses to connect, network, and showcase their offerings.
The team is seeking a project manager to oversee the successful execution of their events.
Your role will involve managing logistics, stakeholder relations, and driving attendee engagement.
The role:
- Oversee end-to-end trade fair project execution.
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and exhibitors.
- Handle all aspects of trade fair operations, from venue selection to on-site management.
- Drive attendee growth through strategic marketing and sales efforts.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results.
Your experience:
- 3+ years MICE industry experience
- Fluent in Japanese & English (TOEIC 800+)
- Strong project management & organisational skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite & design tools
