We are on the lookout for a talented Account Manager to join their superstar team. You will need to be fluent in Business Mandarin, as you will be required to liaise with clients outside of Singapore, in China.
The Role
An ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, a natural flair and motivation to manage and expand existing accounts. You will be responsible for the following
- Ensuring you provide pre and post sales support to the Sales Managers as well as Regional Director
- Generating reports for both internal purposes and clients (Post Campaign)
- Be the go to person for clients (attending to requests, troubleshooting campaigns, overlooking any technical issues)
- Analyzing campaigns and making recommendations for the best possible outcomes
- Go through the entire campaign lifecycle with clients
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years experience in an account manager / sales role.
- Experience working with media agencies and brands.
- Sound knowledge of programmatic trading concepts and technology.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts.
- Stakeholder management.
- Stellar track record in online campaign management.
