Principal Consultant (Advisory) - Indonesia.

We are recruiting for an Advisor in Indonesia based in Jakarta for our client, a business consulting firm.

This is a principal consultant position where you will be developing and managing country specific advisory business. In addition, you will provide strategic and implementation advice to the clients that you manage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the team.
• Building up a revenue target and delivery plan.
• Leading and projects and managing project delivery in local language
• Identify new business including liaising with clients, handling of proposals and presentation.
• Manage the day-to-day operations for the team.
• Build and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Lead the team in areas of conducting research, analysis, and assessment of various business issues, and providing proper recommendations.
• You will need to be up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues that may impact the clients or the organisation.

Skills and Experience:

• A Masters Degree in Business, Finance or related.
• 5-7 years of experience experience in management consulting or advisory services.
• Good understanding of business strategy and operations
• Wildly curious and entrepreneurial
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong leadership and communication skills
