Responsibilities

  • Capture customer requirement through communication, meeting, presentation and demonstration with customer
  • Prepare solution design meeting customer's requirement and internal product and operation capability
  • Source solutions from external parties with the consideration of internal product and operation capability to provide post-sales support for customized solutions
  • Team up with internal departments to design the solution and ensure smooth
  • Prepare price & cost calculation, develop financial justification for customized solutions
  • Others ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years pre-sales support experience in the data networking (LAN/WAN infrastructure) and IT industry
  • Good knowledge in connectivity products (e.g. Internet, MPLS, SDWAN, IPLC and IDC)
  • With professional qualification (e.g. CCNP) and Security/Cloud knowledge will be an advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
