Responsibilities

Capture customer requirement through communication, meeting, presentation and demonstration with customer
Prepare solution design meeting customer's requirement and internal product and operation capability

Source solutions from external parties with the consideration of internal product and operation capability to provide post-sales support for customized solutions
Team up with internal departments to design the solution and ensure smooth
Prepare price & cost calculation, develop financial justification for customized solutions
Others ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
Minimum 3 years pre-sales support experience in the data networking (LAN/WAN infrastructure) and IT industry
Good knowledge in connectivity products (e.g. Internet, MPLS, SDWAN, IPLC and IDC)
With professional qualification (e.g. CCNP) and Security/Cloud knowledge will be an advantage
Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
