We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager for one of London's most exciting AI tech scale-ups, a business that's disrupting one of the world's largest industries and growing fast across international markets.

This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes data-driven growth. You'll take ownership of LinkedIn Ads, wider Paid Social, and PPC, driving measurable performance and making sure every pound spent delivers quality leads and pipeline.

You'll be the analytical engine behind growth, building and optimising campaigns with a sharp eye on ROI. You'll test, track, and iterate constantly, using insight to fine-tune acquisition strategies and uncover scalable opportunities across channels.

You'll work closely with content, design, and product marketing to bring campaigns to life, but your true focus will always be on performance metrics, cost efficiency, and conversion impact.

This is the ideal role for someone who:
✅ Has in-house performance marketing experience within a fast-scaling tech or start-up environment (agency backgrounds also considered)
✅ Knows how to run and optimise campaigns end to end across LinkedIn, Google, and wider Paid Social
✅ Uses data, experimentation, and AI-powered tools to make smarter decisions
