A leading accounting software company is looking for a Partner Success Manager to join their team in Singapore.
In this role, you would be playing a critical role in influencing the overall customer experience, grow and retain customers as well as support the development of some of their largest accounting partners.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and organise scaled initiative to educate partners
- Become a trusted advisor to their existing Partners and build strong rapport with them.
- Work closely with other in-team and cross functional team members to deliver an amazing service.
- Build a communication strategy and territory plan for partners
- Relationship management of existing accounting partners.
- Educate partners through the mechanics and benefits of the company's partner program.
- Ensure these Partners receive timely product and educational updates.
- Driving online strategy deep within the practice and increase the number of active users within each firm.
Experience:
- A Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Banking or financial services background will be ideal.
- Experience managing long term client relationships
- Knowledge of the workings of an accounting practice systems is essential.
- Proficient at relationship building and ability to engage senior level executives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You will be an excellent communicator with good written & presentation skills
