A leading accounting software company is looking for a Partner Success Manager to join their team in Singapore.

In this role, you would be playing a critical role in influencing the overall customer experience, grow and retain customers as well as support the development of some of their largest accounting partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organise scaled initiative to educate partners
  • Become a trusted advisor to their existing Partners and build strong rapport with them.
  • Work closely with other in-team and cross functional team members to deliver an amazing service.
  • Build a communication strategy and territory plan for partners
  • Relationship management of existing accounting partners.
  • Educate partners through the mechanics and benefits of the company's partner program.
  • Ensure these Partners receive timely product and educational updates.
  • Driving online strategy deep within the practice and increase the number of active users within each firm.

Experience:

  • A Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Banking or financial services background will be ideal.
  • Experience managing long term client relationships
  • Knowledge of the workings of an accounting practice systems is essential.
  • Proficient at relationship building and ability to engage senior level executives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You will be an excellent communicator with good written & presentation skills
