Operations Director - Research Agency.

The Company

Our client is a growing research company, based in London. They work with a number of well-known brands across a variety of areas. They are looking for an Operations Director who can come on board to manage and lead their project management and operations functions. The Role & Key Duties:-

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and running the operational function for this research company. You will be working closely with the research team to ensure high quality delivery on projects to clients.

• Overall responsibility for all project management aspects including sampling, scripting, fieldwork management and data quality and delivery
• Management of the team including their development and progression
• Development and growth of the area in line with company growth expectations
• Contribution at a senior level to the growth and strategy of organisation

The Candidate

• The successful candidate will have a strong background in leading an operations team within a research company, with experience overseeing and running project management, scripting, sampling and data processing areas
• You will have experience working with clients and research teams, scoping out fieldwork within quantitative research methodologies and will be happy to interact with clients and attending set up meetings.
• You will be an experienced people manager, with the ability to develop your team and drive performance
• You will be someone who can manage multiple things at once, a natural trouble shooter - someone who is able to ensure the successful overall delivery of the projects your team are working on
• You will be someone who can think outside the box, and can spot an opportunity to make improvements and increase efficiency
