Motion Designer.

Aspire has teamed up with a leading investment platform known for its innovative financial solutions. We are seeking a creative and skilled Motion Designer to join their growing team. This role will be instrumental in bringing ideas to life through engaging 2D motion graphics and polished video editing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and animate compelling 2D motion graphics for a range of projects, such as explainer videos, product showcases, and promotional content.
• Blend 2D animations with video footage to produce seamless and visually striking final products.
• Convert intricate concepts and information into clear, visually appealing graphics that connect with the target audience.
• Work closely with writers, designers, and producers to develop creative briefs and storyboards that meet project goals.
• Craft the story through thoughtful editing, ensuring the right pacing and emotional tone, and maintaining a consistent storyline with input from directors and producers.
• Meticulously review and polish video edits, ensuring smooth transitions, accurate audio syncing, and overall continuity.
• Manage projects from start to finish, delivering high-quality work that meets deadlines and exceeds expectations.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in motion design, animation, and video editing, and incorporate new techniques and technologies into your work.
• Guide and provide feedback to junior designers, helping them grow their skills and reach their potential.
• Work alongside the Film Director to ensure creative vision and execution are aligned across all video projects.
• Partner with marketing and product development teams to maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film Production, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in motion design, video editing, and producing explainer videos.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and video editing software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in 2D animation, motion graphics, and video editing.
• Excellent storytelling and communication abilities, with a knack for translating complex ideas into engaging visual narratives.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of design aesthetics.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.
