Mid-Level Architect (Events and Entertainment Venues).

Our client is a prominent events and entertainment organizer based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. With a rich history of successful big projects, they strive to deliver exceptional experiences to their clients and audiences. Currently, they are seeking to hire a Mid- Level Architect to join their team.

You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating groundbreaking designs for events and entertainment venues. This role requires an individual who is passionate about constantly researching and learning new tools to enhance the creative aspects of architectural design.

Further Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative architectural concepts for events and entertainment venues, taking into account function, aesthetics, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and create design concepts.
• Utilize AI tools and machine learning platforms to analyze data, optimize designs, and facilitate creative decision-making.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies to continually push the boundaries of what is possible in architectural design.
• Produce high-quality architectural drawings, renderings, and models.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Participate in client presentations and workshops.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and sustainability standards.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
• Proficiency in architectural software, including AutoCAD, and 3D modeling tools.
• Knowledge and experience in integrating AI tools and machine learning platforms in the architectural design process.
• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a busy, cooperative environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the events and entertainment industry.
• Knowledge of AI tools specific to the architecture domain, such as generative design.
