Our client is hiring a passionate Sales Director to join one of the fastest growing E-Sports companies. With a strong presence in Asia and globally, they are now looking to grow their team in Vietnam with this new headcount.

The Role

  • Take responsibility for the smooth operation and growth of business in Vietnam, working with all internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Drive and execute a local business plan in line with company strategy spanning from sales, operations, marketing, and compliance
  • Develop new business by making sales pitches, negotiating, onboarding and other necessary activities
  • Optimise local team and resources to ensure goals are met
  • Keep tabs on different trends and market conditions, including competitors and regulations

Your Experience

  • 8 to 10 years of experience, with at least 2 years of senior management experience
  • Proven experience in managing complex operations, including managing teams across different departments
  • Good track record of driving strategic business plans in a fast-paced environment
  • Start-up experience is a bonus

Your Profile

  • Excellent communicator and independent worker who can represent the company
  • Keen attention to detail to achieve results using flexible and out of the box approaches
  • Highly motivated to perform and takes ownership of outcomes
