As a Media Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Strategy Development: Create and develop a comprehensive strategy for the interactive multi-media platform, taking into consideration the goals, objectives, and target audience. Develop innovative ideas and plans to enhance user engagement and drive growth.

• Target Audience and Market Research: Identify and refine the target audience for the media platform. Conduct market research to understand audience preferences, trends, and competitors' strategies. Utilize the findings to shape the content, programming, and overall direction of the platform.
• Program Network Creation: Take charge of creating and managing the program network for the media platform. Collaborate with content creators, producers, and other stakeholders to curate and develop engaging content that aligns with the platform's goals and target audience.
• Quality Reporting: Ensure the quality reporting of the channel and signal health data. Implement effective monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track the performance and success of the media platform. Analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize content and improve user experience.
• Radio Operations Strategy: Develop a comprehensive strategy for both online and offline radio operations. Coordinate with the radio team to ensure smooth operations, programming, and scheduling. Implement strategies to maximize listenership and maintain high-quality radio broadcasts.
• Daily Operations and Supervision: Supervise and oversee the daily operational duties of the media platform. Provide guidance and support to the team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with established timelines. Take ownership of ad hoc projects, monitoring activities, and other related tasks as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional qualifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in media management, preferably in a multi-media environment.
• Strong understanding of interactive multi-media platforms, audio-video content, radio, and digital media.
• Demonstrated ability to create and run successful media strategies.
• Proficient in conducting market research and analyzing data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media management.
