B2C Marketing Manager
Based in Singapore

Reporting directly to the Group Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will bring an undeniable passion for the hospitality industry, a marketing background, and a proven history of crafting and executing winning strategies that propel the brand to new heights in the luxury market.

Responsibilities

• Create Compelling Content: Develop and execute engaging content for marketing initiatives, corporate communications, and marketing materials.
• Analyze Impact: Regularly assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and media coverage, providing monthly insights on their impact on business and revenue.
• Collaborate Seamlessly: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth communication, flawless execution, and successful delivery of marketing strategies.
• Champion Brand Consistency: Ensure the company's brand image is consistently represented across all communication channels, overseeing the proper use of branding, logos, and messaging.
• Craft Strategic Communications: Draft and edit a variety of communications, including press releases, media pitches, internal memos, and key messages, for corporate initiatives and announcements.
• Drive Content Management: Manage the creation and editing of newsletters, reports, and studies, ensuring content is impactful and aligned with business goals.
• Support Business Growth: Assist in business development activities, coordinate marketing-driven events, and oversee the production of corporate collateral and materials.

Job Requirements

• A good degree with at least 5 years' experience in a similar capacity/related industry.
• Superior oral, written, and presentation skills, capable of developing content for external audiences in the forms of media releases, invitations, and marketing collateral, as well as managing media relations.
• Meets business goals and targets for the venue through planning and executing marketing initiatives.
• Successfully coordinates with the operations and entertainment teams on event production and requirements.
• Meets day-to-day communication requirements on social media channels and takes the initiative to generate content.
• Ensures restaurant marketing initiatives are communicated to the media promptly for print and online coverage.
