Marketing Lead.

Our client is a global entertainment, brand and licensing company with a focus on content production for Children's TV. They are currently looking for an APAC marketing lead, based in Singapore to plan and drive their marketing strategy as an independent marketing lead looking at the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities as Marketing Lead

• Developing and managing the Strategic marketing plan across all channels
• Managing and leading on key stakeholder engagement and liaising with regional teams on localised marketing execution
• Overseeing both B2C and B2B marketing (trade and consumers)
• Managing the content brands from a marketing perspective
• Managing relationships with media partners for brand promotion
• Working with the regional commercial and marketing teams, along with audience engagement and content partnerships
• Managing franchise planning
• Managing various media and PR agencies on projects
• Overseeing production of all marketing collateral
• Aligning KPIs to business goals and focusing on marketing and franchising projects that drive long term brand value and revenue
• Researching and analysing industry trends and developments

Requirements of the marketing lead:

• 5-7+ years of marketing experience minimum
• Experience in B2C and B2B marketing is ideal
• APAC experience (not including China) is essential. Coverage of Thailand, Korea and Taiwan in previous roles is beneficial.
• Experience marketing within content production, entertainment or licensing companies would be beneficial
• Confident personality and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with global teams
• Experience building a marketing strategy
• Strong understanding of brand positioning
