Marketing Director.

Our client is an exciting and growing online business focused on products and services covering travel and lifestyle, with a huge digital presence globally. They are currently looking for a Marketing Director to lead their marketing team in Hong Kong

The Role as Marketing Director

• Developing a strong go-to-market strategy across multiple platforms for the Hong Kong
• Developing and overseeing creative, revenue generating marketing campaigns
• Driving local execution of integrated marketing campaigns focused on promotions, products and partnerships
• Providing direction to improve campaign performance and identify potential business opportunities through data and analytics
• Managing a large team of strong marketers covering branding and marketing campaigns, content and communications, partnerships and affiliates, digital and performance marketing and CRM & E-Commerce
• Negotiating and overseeing brand partnership to ensure long term relationships with brands, affiliates, and merchants
• Working with the global central marketing team to improve marketing processes

Your Experience and profile

• At least 8-10+ years of working experience in Marketing with 4+ years of experience managing teams of 5-10 people minimum
• Experience focused on consumer products/services, online or e-com platform or related discipline, global brand experience essential
• A good track record in consumer marketing across traditional and digital
• Strong entrepreneur attitude with flexibility to react to fast moving consumer behaviour
• Excellent relationship builder and ability to negotiate
• Globally minded ability to work with cross-culture teams and colleagues
• Excellent written & oral communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
• Business language proficiency for Cantonese, English & Mandarin
