Lead Software Engineer - Ruby.

A global cryptocurrency data company with offices in Singapore are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join their growing Singapore presence.

The company develop a data platform that is used by organizations and individuals to access information regarding everything about the market, described as the Bloomberg of Cryptocurrencies.

If you joined your role would be to help develop and scale their Data API powers the platform as well as get involved in research and development of decentralized apps, Web3, and Solidity smart contracts on the blockchain network.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Create the next generation of tools to widely distribute cryptocurrency data on the web and mobile (iOS & Android) platforms.
• Create and expand the Data API, which presently underpins some of the major bitcoin and finance projects.
• Oversee cloud-based infrastructure (Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud).
• Research and creation of Web3, Solidity smart contracts, and decentralized apps on the blockchain network.

Your experience:

• You created, constructed, scaled, and kept up a production service.
• You have worked in software engineering for at least five years.
• You're interested in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and smart contracts.
• You've experience with Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud, Ruby, Rails, Javascript, React, Postgres, and MongoDB.
