A leading Singaporean start-up is looking for a Lead Product Manager to join the Singapore office and help lead and grow the Product team.

The company develop a B2B SaaS platform that is used worldwide, the platform is cutting edge and leverages Big Data analytics and Machine Learning technology.

If you joined you would be leading a team of 3 Product Managers and be responsible for leading the Product Management organization in developing and managing product roadmaps, identifying, and meeting the needs of internal and external customers and developing and delivering high-quality products and technology-enabled services to market.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and management of multi-year product roadmaps
• Take charge of technical product development and delivery
• Serve as the executive leader of a Product Management organization responsible for product management and strategy, customer engagement and success and product design and delivery.
• Develop and implement product and technology-related strategies to maximize the company revenue, profit and long term business objectives
• Responsibility for recruiting and developing a high-performing Product Management team
• Take the lead in determining the direction of the product and drive the entire product life cycle to complete

Your experience

• 8 years of Product Management experience
• Degree with good results
• Passionate about technology and delivering good product experiences
• Enjoy solving complex problems with technology.
