Are you a Oklahoma University grad (or similar) looking to break into the Oil & Gas & Energy world-without needing an engineering degree? 🚀

We're looking for a bright, organised, and curious Junior Producer to help create high-level energy events for investors, operators, innovators, and decision-makers across upstream, midstream, and downstream.

No sales. No cold calling. This is a producer-focused role: research, content, project management, and relationship-building.

What You'll Do ✨

📋 Content & Event Production

• Research industry trends across Oil & Gas, energy transition, finance, and tech

• Help design workshops, roundtables, private dinners, and executive events

🤝 Stakeholder Engagement

• Meet industry leaders in and around Tulsa to build relationships

• Support speakers, investors, and clients with content and insights

📅 Project Management

• Maintain lists of prospective hosts, speakers, and delegates

• Track timelines, deliverables, and event outputs

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and production teams

🎙 Content Creation

• Produce interviews, podcasts, event summaries, and press updates

🌎 Market Development

• Map key players and companies in traditional & renewable energy

• Help identify rising stars and industry trends

🎉 On-Site Event Support

• Attend events to manage logistics, speakers, and VIP experiences
