Junior Media Specialist.

Aspire is seeking a Junior Media Specialist to join an events services company based in Riyadh, KSA. As a leading events and entertainment organiser based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, they prioritise client satisfaction and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Public Relations to devise and run PR strategies to bolster the company's public image as a Junior Media Specialist.
• Develop press materials including press releases, project narratives, images, and other promotional content for our events. As a Junior Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling narratives.
• Respond promptly to media inquiries, analyse media coverage, and identify trends and opportunities. Coordinate all public relations activities efficiently as a Junior Media Specialist.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Director of Public Relations and other team members as required, contributing to the smooth operation of the department as a Junior Media Specialist.
• Cultivate positive relationships with key media professionals and influencers. Schedule interviews and coordinate media events effectively in your role as a Junior Media Specialist.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of promotional materials in both Arabic and English, including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and marketing collateral as a Junior Media Specialist.
• Oversee content creation and engagement on all social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engage followers, leveraging your expertise as a Junior Media Specialist.
• Identify and collaborate with industry influencers to amplify brand messaging and reach target audiences effectively, utilising your skills as a Junior Media Specialist.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in PR, media relations, and social media management as a Junior Media Specialist.
• Track and analyse PR and media metrics, as well as social media analytics, to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, utilising your analytical skills as a Junior Media Specialist.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in PR, media relations, social media management, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a busy and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Knowledge of media monitoring tools, PR software, and social media analytics platforms is advantageous.
