An award-winning global Fintech company with offices in UK, Singapore and the US are looking to expand their Singapore team. The company develops payment solutions and API's for some of the world's largest banks, fintechs and airlines.

They are looking for an IT Systems Support Analyst to join the expanding team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to our globally distributed user community through Teams, email, JIRA, tickets, and in-person
  • Manage user accounts, teams, distribution groups, workflows, and permissions on a variety of platforms including Microsoft Azure AD, Office 365, Sharepoint, and Amazon AWS
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues on Windows, Linux, MacOS, iOS and Android platforms
  • Assist with configuration and support of Office 365 / Exchange Online
  • Create and document procedures for dealing with common processes and issue
  • Oversee patching & new software rollouts
  • Participate in the Security Incident Response Team
  • Onboard, train, and offboard users when necessary

Qualifications

  • Have 5+ years of experience supporting users on Mac & iOS
  • Have 2+ years of experience supporting users on Windows
  • Have 2+ years of experience with Office 365
  • Light scripting experience (Terminal, Powershell)

Skills

  • Knowledgeable with Apple Macbook, iPhone, and Windows PC (pref. Dell) hardware
  • Experience configuring and deploying Windows 10/11 and macOS/iOS devices in managed enterprise environments
  • Able to organize and prioritize user requests from multiple channels
  • Optional but highly desired: Atlassian Confluence & JIRA
  • Good communication skills
  • Can embrace a fast-paced, iterative work environment
