🚀 We're hiring: Internal Recruiter | London (Hybrid)

A growing London-based business specialising in fine wine and luxury spirits 🍷 is hiring an Internal Recruiter on a full-time, permanent basis.

The role is based in the City of London with hybrid working (1-2 days from home).

If you have 2+ years' recruitment experience and want exposure across sales, retail, marketing, operations and admin hiring, this is a strong next step in an internal recruitment career.

🔍 What you'll be doing

✔ Running end-to-end recruitment processes
✔ Sourcing and screening candidates across multiple teams
✔ Partnering with hiring managers to clarify briefs
✔ Managing candidate communication
✔ Coordinating interviews and offers
✔ Improving recruitment processes as the function grows

This is a hands-on role with visibility across the business.

✅ We're looking for someone who is:

* Skilled at sourcing and screening candidates
* Organised and comfortable managing multiple roles
* A clear communicator (written + verbal)
* Proactive with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a busy SME environment

No drinks industry experience required.

💼 What's on offer

✨ £27,500 - £32,500 base + commission
✨ Realistic OTE:
Year 1 ~ £50k
Year 2 ~ £70-75k
Year 3 ~ £100k
✨ £500 per hire + bi-annual bonus
