A leading financial services research company are looking to expand their Singapore team with an Insights Lead.

You would be working for a company that delivers research to some of the largest financial institutions in the world. They are launching new product streams as well as a brand-new marketing function, so they are looking to scale the business as part of this growth plan.

You would be responsible for leading and growing a team of Insight Analysts as well as presenting to senior stakeholders and clients.

Your responsibilities:

• Delivering insights to clients
• Management of more junior analysts, overseeing and helping to enhance the quality of their output, relevance and actionability of insights
• Creation of client-ready content, with limited to no additional QA required
• Working closely with Director and Business Unit Head to ensure efficient operations of the team, adherence to timelines etc.

Your experience:

• 3-5 year's experience in a research role
• Quantitative and qualitative experience
• Banking or financial services background
• Experience working in a research function within the financial or professional services industry
• Consumed or produced research-based insights
