JOB TITLE: Insight Analyst (Quantitative)
SALARY: Up to £55k
LOCATION: London (Hybrid)

By combining insight, innovation, strategy and design, they fuse diverse perspectives with cultural and data-driven insights to guide clients toward clearer decisions and bold, growth-oriented paths.
They are currently looking to bring on an Insight Analyst to work predominantly with a client in the FMCG industry.
KEY DUTIES
- Apply quantitative research expertise, advanced analytics (Max Diff, Conjoint, Drivers analysis, Regression, Segmentation, TURF, Factor Analysis), and strategic data exploration to deliver insights across diverse projects.
- Manage client accounts, build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and support project delivery across teams effectively.
- Embody agency values, contribute creatively, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain commercial awareness while proactively developing skills.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong quantitative research skills, statistical analysis expertise, questionnaire design, data interrogation, and experience with AI tools.
- Clear communicator, client-focused, builds positive relationships, supports accounts, and delivers projects efficiently in fast-paced environments.
- Commercially aware, adaptable, emotionally intelligent, curious, proactive learner, contributing creatively, collaboratively, and positively to team culture
