Network Services accounts for around 10% of the UK operation, with approximately 170 employees in the UK and 70 in India.
The division's mission is to double in size within the next three years.

Clients include major UK and global enterprises across finance, energy, media, telecoms and critical infrastructure.
This is a senior leadership position responsible for defining, growing and leading the Network Services division. The role includes full P&L accountability, strategic planning, operational oversight, commercial leadership, proposition development, people management and executive-level client engagement.
The role also sits on the organisation's UK Executive Board, contributing to strategic decision-making across the wider group.
Lead the division's full P&L, ensuring profitable revenue and margin growth.
Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
Monitor KPIs including revenue per head, utilisation and project margins, taking action where required.
Ensure accurate, timely reporting and financial governance.
Define a 3-year strategic growth plan for the division.
Lead the go-to-market strategy across propositions, target markets and competitive positioning.
Identify acquisition opportunities and develop business cases for investment.
Partner with commercial leadership to build a scalable sales and marketing capability.
Oversee delivery operations, ensuring high quality outcomes for clients.
Address complex delivery challenges with hands-on involvement when needed.
Drive continuous improvement, efficiency and operational excellence across UK and India teams.
Build compelling propositions and pricing models.
Support large-scale bids and high-value enterprise opportunities.
Ensure alignment between sales, marketing and delivery teams.
Lead and develop a multi-location team of over 240 people.
Ensure clear career pathways, training access and succession planning.
Implement engagement and communication programmes aligned with company values.
Foster a collaborative culture across UK and India functions.
Act as a senior sponsor for key strategic clients.
Ensure account plans are in place with clear ownership.
Represent the business externally via events, thought leadership and industry contributions.
Maintain strong market awareness to inform strategic decisions.
Identify emerging technologies and opportunities for innovation.
Develop business cases for investment in new products, tools or capabilities.
Drive the evolution of automation, managed services and consulting propositions.
Ensure full adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
Maintain high standards across financial controls, delivery governance and operational processes.
Proven experience leading a commercial technology or consulting business.
Demonstrable P&L ownership with a track record of profitable growth.
Deep understanding of the network services, IT infrastructure or managed services industry.
Strong strategic and commercial acumen.
Experience working with C-Suite and senior enterprise stakeholders.
Ability to lead large, multi-location teams.
