They are seeking a Head of Human Resources to cultivate a culture of happiness, engagement, and excellence across the organisation, ultimately driving business success.

The Head of Human Resources will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the Human Resources strategy, encompassing talent acquisition, HR operations, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement. By ensuring a content and engaged workforce, the Head of HR directly contributes to enhanced business performance and increased sales. This role is instrumental in establishing an integrated company culture and ensuring seamless HR operations throughout the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive employee engagement, talent acquisition, and talent retention through strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and manage Human Resources Strategy, including annual plans and budgets.
  • Lead projects to improve HR processes, leveraging digital applications/tools.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Management Team and individual team members.
  • Lead and develop the Human Resource team, providing guidance, coaching, training, and motivation.
  • Oversee larger operational processes such as new market entry procedures.
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements, opportunities, and initiatives to enhance key KPIs, including recruitment, retention, employee engagement, turnover, absence, and visa management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in Human Resources management, preferably in the beauty retail sector.
  • Proficient in KSA's Human Resources legislation, labour laws, and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and communication (both hard and soft) skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
  • People management expertise, including team leadership and influence.
  • Creative thinking, commercial acumen, assertiveness, proactivity, flexibility, accuracy, and stress resistance.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with governmental authorities.
