Head of Event Operations.

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Event Operations to join our client. They are a fast-growing Experiential Events Agency. The successful candidate will lead a team of 12 production and operations professionals and will be responsible for managing all aspects of event production and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a vision and strategy for the production and operations team
• Manage a team of 12 production and operations professionals
• Oversee the execution of all events from start to finish
• Ensure that events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
• Foster a positive team culture that supports and motivates staff to achieve their goals
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 year's experience in event operations
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven experience in executing various event types and scales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about building a vision, strategy, and a good team culture
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
