What you will do:

• Develop and lead Account Managers team to reach operational and financial targets
• Ensure a high level of customer retention rate
• Be a catalyst in influencing client's strategy and problem-solving for any significant issues
• Responsible for optimizing campaigns to maximize profits for clients, reporting, forecasting, building and implementing processes
• Implement tools to enhance customer service processes and provide training for the team
• Work with Headquarter on developing strategic initiatives to increase customer satisfaction

What you bring:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in client management, with at least 3 years of managerial role, in a digital media, AdTech, MarTech, performance media space
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and excel / GA skills, with an ability to identify business opportunities, design appropriate tests/analysis, and execute/optimize based on results;
• Experience with statistical analysis will be a plus
