Hiring a Head of Account Management for a global MarTech firm in Singapore! With their state-of-the-art and constantly improving marketing technologies, they have worked with top brands and agencies across EMEA, APAC, and USA!

What you will do:
- Develop and lead Account Managers team to reach operational and financial targets
- Ensure a high level of customer retention rate
- Be a catalyst in influencing client's strategy and problem-solving for any significant issues
- Responsible for optimizing campaigns to maximize profits for clients, reporting, forecasting, building and implementing processes
- Implement tools to enhance customer service processes and provide training for the team
- Work with Headquarter on developing strategic initiatives to increase customer satisfaction
What you bring:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in client management, with at least 3 years of managerial role, in a digital media, AdTech, MarTech, performance media space
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and excel / GA skills, with an ability to identify business opportunities, design appropriate tests/analysis, and execute/optimize based on results;
- Experience with statistical analysis will be a plus
