Executive Briefing Manager.

We are recruiting for an Executive Briefings Manager for a global Media Intelligence provider and this role will be based in Malaysia.

As an Executive Briefings Manager, you will have a passion for news and current affairs. You will be responsible for the delivery of news summaries and news briefing to the company's clients across APAC and you will also lead a team.

• Lead the team and contribute to the Insights Leadership group in APAC.
• Handling the recruitment and training of team members
• Managing the operations of the team to ensure client deadlines are met.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the Executive Reports service so that the clients receive high quality reports.
• Brainstorm and strategise ways to improve report quality and efficiency
• Provide accurate and detailed metrics on efficiency and profitability performance monthly.
• Train the team and manage resources to effectively service our growing Insights business.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in media, communications or related field.
• Strong operational and excellent resource planning skills
• Must have has experience managing a team before.
• Experienced in running branding and/or performance campaigns.
• Possess excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic as well as a dedicated and positive attitude.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
