ROLE: EVENTS PRODUCER

LOCATION: SINGAPORE

The Producer has specific responsibility as directed for the assigned tasks that are essential to delivery of a project, from brief to execution. Working as part of the production team, the Producer is a vital piece in the pre-production process which to bring truly memorable experiences to life and works very closely with a multitude of colleagues,
partners, suppliers and of course clients.

Client facing interaction and a higher developing level of management of client needs is expected for the role of Producer, inclusive of presenting proposals, running WIPS, on-site site visits or engaging colleagues when leading a project delivery.

The Producer should possess exceptional time and project management skills, as well as passion and agility, to ensure success. The Producer works closely with the Executive Producer, Senior Producer and Associate Producers in actively supporting client relationships and growing revenue by acting as a supportive and process driven safe pair of hands trusted within the team.

The Producer leads the Associate Producers and Event Co-Ordinators to deliver on tasks for the team and client.
The role is a vital key within the project team to ensure that all work - from creative concepts to logistics and technical - delivers against agreed objectives and budget parameters and surpasses clients' expectations.

With a expertise in content, live or experiential you will ideate within the team, have your contribution and POV valued and engage directly with clients to deliver and expand your account management skills.

Who you are

Minimum of 7-8 years experience within the industry with client side or event agency experience

You are willing to learn, and develop your foundation skills with a keen eye for detail, quality management, production experience, time management and ready to embrace learning and growth in your role, and teach and mentor others.

Outgoing, friendly, sense of team spirit, confident and dedicated to event management - Able to shine with ideas, innovative ideas and also unique points of view.

You understand the importance of and are learning good project management, administration, organisational and communication skills, as well as good attention to
detail.

Willing to travel on-site to events across Asia-Pacific as needed

You have an excellent working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite including Drive, Mail, Sheets and Slides

Writing and communication skills, developing from good into definitive for the industry, keen to learn and engage further in communications

You are unfazed by tight deadlines, multiple projects and conflicting priorities and remain calm and collected under pressure.
